Return and Refund Policy
1. Returns
At Techie Hood, we strive to provide high-quality products to all of our customers. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns under the following conditions:
- Eligibility for Returns: You can return your product within 7 days of receiving it.
- Condition of Product: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as it was received. We do not accept returns for products that have been opened or used.
- Exceptions: Some items, such as electronics or customized products, may not be eligible for returns. Please check the product details before purchasing.
2. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued in the form of Cash on Delivery for the original transaction.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned product.
- Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If the item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will arrange for a return and either replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

- Photos of the item if it’s damaged or defective

5. Non-Returnable Items

- Opened or used electronics (unless defective)
- Custom-made or personalized items
